I have worked for the Biddeford bakery since they have opened. We used to have good products coming out of there, but the company keeps cutting jobs & causing the whole plant to rebid. If not rebidding, then bumping. That makes it difficult to get good product because everyone has to be retrained. You would think someone in management would notice & do something about it.

as an ibc employee it is of great concern to me the lack of quality and consistancy of the bread products being distributed from the philadelphia bakery to one of the most competetive markets in the u.s. we have been thru several bakerie managers all unable to produce PROFITS on the bottom line. i think it is about time upper management takes a look at a few bakerie quality control personel who are responsible for the products leaving the bakerie floor for the market a few have been there for many years and have taken us from a#1 to dead last because of the inability to produce a quality and consistant product. VP help us become profitable and competetive and the long forgotten PROUD

Comment: Your Hoppers product does not list a toll
free number or any telephone number on
the package. Today I purchased a box of
these at a Super Fresh in Timonium MD and
one had NO wraper at all. It was just
stuck in (and to) the box. The last sale
date is 04/18/01. The only other numbers
on the box are 087 094

I did not return to store since it was a
bad day outside.

I can be contacted at csh@home.com

Comment: I have been a buyer of Hostess Twinkies and Cup Cakes all of my life. I am now 53 years old and I have type II diabetes (have had it for 10 years now). There has been a lot of press recently about the "epidemic" spread of type II diabetes nationwide. I would like to consume more twinkies and cup cakes but I cannot due to the diabetes. With the ever increasing instance of type Ii diabetes nationwide, would you ever consider making these products with Nutrasweet or aspartame or any other articial sweetner, much like the cola companies have done.
I am sure I am not alone. I know I would certainly purchase more of these products if they were made without real sugar, and I am sure countless millions of other diabetics would too.
Any response? What do you think?
You may reply to me at mprincipe_2000@yahoo.com
Thanks.
