Comment: Our family likes your Hostess MiniMuffins. I have 2 suggestions
1. Please make a bran muffin.
2. Please make the individual packages an individual serving. You have 5 in a package, but list 3 as being a serving. This means if I eat a serving, I have to put the rest in Tupperware, or if I am out, throw them out. Actually, I think 4-5 equals a serving. Thanks.

The reason Hostess cake tastes different, is most likely, because a lot of it is being made by Dolly.

The human resource department lacks the necessary effort to have a quality and positive relationship between employee and employer. Evidence of this should be researched.

Comment: I just purchased a 6 piece snack pack of banana nut mini muffins from the vending machine in our building. I am a frequent consumer of this product. Sale date stamp Nov. 18, 263062A1, Bar Code 452110. A sharp pain went through my jaw while I eating one of muffins. I spit out the muffin and found a small piece (1/4") of what appears to be black plastic. I have the bag and the object for your review. I would find it hard to believe, although possible, that the muffins I purchased is the only one that had a piece of plastic in it. You might want to double check this particular lot number.

How can the company afford to give pensions to Executives--Vice-Presidents and up, and leave all the other management with 401K funds that are constantly decreasing? The union people get a pension, Chuck Sullivan is getting $273,600 a year pension, but bakery management and any other non-union people below vice-president are getting NO pension.

Comment: I purchased a package of cupcakes stating they were Hostess. Three in a pack. Chocolate cake with creamy filling. Well, they were white cake with Chocolate frosting. You could not see what was in the package until it was opened. I was going to send them back to Hostess but noticed that IBC was printed on the package. These were purchased at a 7-11 in San Leandro, California 94577, 94578, 94579. I received no receipt from the store cashier. It is just a quick stop store so it did not matter. I usually tell the mfg. of items about their mistakes but I see that this problem will be to no avail. Do they have a QC or QA department to mail these type of things to? I guess I will just throw them away. I think it is bad advertising and a lie to print something just to make a sale. They must have had a lot of white cake cupcakes that they needed to get rid of. The consumer would not know until they opened the package.

Comment: I can hardly believe that a food company should survive without a consumer satisfaction / quality control department or at least a website. They are not concerned with quality, consumers opinions, or potential problems with their products. Sounds to me like this company does not address any issues, they do NOT have an 800 number or website listed on Hostess boxes, and that the company does not back what they are selling at the marketplace! I never heard of a large company not have a consumer services department. This is an issue for Clark Howard consumer advocate!

Comment: Hostess Ding Dongs taste like lard or wax and are dry cheap imitations of the previous versions of these snack cakes. Also, Hostess cup cakes are small and dry with a bland taste. We are returning what we bought to the stores.

When will we wise up and vote out our current trouble making leadership? They continue to cause problems within our union and seperate us instead of uniting us. Our current biggest enemy is ourselves.

It is time for union stuart Ken Sawer aka Rocky to step down and give up his position. He is more worried about protecting a future job with the company then he is about the drivers he is supposed to represent

It would be in the best interest of the company and the people forced to work with supervisor Chuck Larkin if he was fired today. He is a idiot and a coward who is to chicken to stand behind any action that he takes. If you do what he tells you to do you will probable get in trouble for it.

so called supervisor charley larkin has got to be the worst supervisor I have ever had. He rarley knows what is going on. and to get him to commit to a decision is almoust impossible. And even if he does tell you to do some thing if any questions come from it he denies ever telling you any thing. He is a complete coward. Who has left more then one driver out to dry. Ask any cincinnati driver they will tell you the same. He should never had been made a supervisor and should be removed imediatlly.

I sure hope someone from IBC is reading thease comments. As an IBC employee I have to agree with all of the statments made here.(its too bad they are all negitive) What a way to run a bussiness into the ground. And all it wouild take is a little team work from every department(and some simple common since), and this could be one of the most profitable companies in the world.

  Comment: HI,

I recently bought a packagge of ding dongs. I opened the first ding dong and found a large thumb print, meaning the actuall swirls of a bare thumb, not just an indentation. When I turned the ding-dong over there was the finger print on the other side. Not sure if this was mine or not, I opened the remaining ding dongs being careful to only touch the package, and not the dong. All of them have it. It is obvious that someone has been picking up all of the deserts gloveless in the factory. I recently read in Shape magazine that only 60% of people wash their hands after using the restroom. Being that I am a microbiologist, I know the type of pathogens that can be carried on dirty hands. Will you please make sure that this problem will be corrected in the future.

Thank You.
