Many people are now suing companys that hire the MOJADOS, they are filing racketerring charges against them for giving them jobs and lowering wages. I don't know about the rest of the country, but in California, IBC is doing just that. Thats all they hire any more, these people can't even speak english. Maybe thats what we should do to IBC.

speaking of having too much to do to do the job right. I think it is insane to cut so many routes and depots. instead of losing business losing market share and not being able to service our current customers properly, because we have to run to the next stop, they should have fixed the real problem. lazy route men who's main goal is to go home as early as they can.(and im not talking about all route men most are good.) but if you go home at noon and your route average is less than 5000 youre missing sales, which is hurting the company,and costing people jobs(production,transportation,etc.)Instead of cutting so many routes they have should have built up every route that needed it. because no matter how good u r theres always more room for more sales.space, displays,new stops..........They should have laid off per job performance not by seniority per the stupid union,cause once lazy always lazy.
