About two years ago we shut down production and spent more then $300,000 plus dollars under the watch full eyes of Hilterpoof and the place still ran like shit and the blame went to Mike Cramer and his boys from pomona. Now here we go again and spending hard earned money like $300,000 under bankruptcy to spend on this oven project which has been worked on before with the same maintenance with new chains, bearings, sprockets etc. Any one working in baking industry knows with this kind of work on a oven it will last for more than 20 years with a proper PM. IBC has idiots like Hilterpoof working who allow hard earned money wasted on projects like this when the problem is there is no proper PM done on any equipment in Glendale because the Chief enginneer at Glendale has no mechanical back ground just like IBC is hiring employees who have no clue on making a loaf of bread. After we done with this oven project and the oven falls apart may be we can blame Mike Eller for this project.

One of his first questions should be why are so many Managers leaving or what can he do to stop this exodus from his Managers and Suporvisory staff or plants across the country? Just wanna let people know that poor management is what's driving this company into the ground. You have all these fat fish who make outrageous salaries and do nothing but flex there power and have the little supervisors dusting off there path as they walk around the plant and complain about this, that and the other thing. We need leaders who will stand up to upper management and voice there opinion when it's needed. Wanna be a supervisor here? It's simple, just treat people like crap, scream, make a scene and be willing to write employees up who actually do there job. And the lazy ones who are the supervisor 's pets do what they want. Oh yeah the union backs them up 100% because they are tight with them as well. The good employees get write up's while the others get a slap on the hand and told not to do it again. Supervisors need training, skills and ability to deal with conflict related to the job and need to learn how to treat people. We have checked and not one call has ever been received on the hotline about discrimination or nepatism problems within any of our bakeries. We only hire the most qualified parties, and do not care if they have relatives in higher postions. Therefore, we will continue to hire the family members of our top executives, since they obiviously have proper backgrounds to do these jobs. Also reduces on training, since they are aware IBC operates and can hit the ground running.

This company is full of nepetism and racism. Between Oakland and Sacramento, this place should have been sued at least a dozen times since the big bang is SF some years ago. Good old Boy's Club or Some things just are not fair? We have a person who accepts a job at the Henderson plant who then decides he does not like it there after over a year, so he then takes the same job he had before he left. Bart Simpson did the same when he took the job as Plant Manager but then after 6 months went back to the same job he held before taking the Plant Managers job. So now you have the Production Manager of Henderson wanting to go back to his previous job he had in San Diego, But they won't let him go. And you have a couple of the people working in the Engineering position here at Glendale who want to go back to either Hostess or Pomona into thier previous position but they won't let them. And now theres a person working in the Transportation area who is going back into the position they came from. I guess the rule is some can do it, and others cannot? A good lawyer should be able to get this straightened out?

The bosses at IBC will all end up fired due to the bk which they caused. It is a bad situation for the rest of the employees but we all knew it would hapen eventually. The management are lying thieves who cover for each other. I caught a supervisor stealing hundreds of dollars of product from his stores in product more than once and reported it to another Division Manager and nothing was done. I knew another driver who was serving stops for cash which IBC didn't even serve and reported it to the same DM and he said he already knew it. Everyone knew IBC had product in that store but IBC supposedly didn't serve it. Again, nothing was done and the driver wasn't even told to stop doing it so it continued. I was on my route one day and I noticed an IBC van parked behind a bar which was not an IBC stop. There were (2) IBC DM's driinking in the bar (drunk). It seems like all of management couldn't care less and now they worry about their jobs. G.O. doesn't care about the employees either, they only care about saving their own jobs because no good company will hire them when we close down.

Dell to cut bonuses, trim management. How come IBC just don't get it? Dell computers is not in BK and they know what to do to turn their losses around. Yet IBC does the opposite, we hire and promote more people into management with bigger paychecks then what was being paid before BK. terry , it happens all the time. Making fun of others. Naming names in some meeting, laughing and joking about that person. Even if they are just working in another room.
