IBC is a little more than 2 billion (including cake) which would not be part of the the total when deciding whether the combined companies would result in a monopoly. Sara lee currently has 1+ billion in annual Bread sales. The total excluding cake is probably around 2 + billion per year in bread sales.

Merry Christmas to all.I am thrilled our IBC is coming out of bankruptsy .We also have the news bread is coming back and a 12 Million dollar promo on the new bread. I personally am hopeful that we will all be called back . I am sure many have moved on and are happy in their new jobs. I have been in Washington State at my brothers toy store. We are buried in snow with freezing 0 and below temperatures but I am Thankful to get up and have a job. We have all suffered this year but this will make us better people and workers because of it. I beleive IBC will be ok this year and our competition better watch out...smile. Happy New Year to all and Let's all look forward to new changes in our life. Actually, FLY, I haven't been found swinging from the rafters...I just came back from two weeks in merry ol' England...home of the parent company. OUR company turned over 400 mil in profit last year.
