The town hall meetings are a joke. They dont tell us anything that we give a shit about. They want input from us, but when someone brings something up, we are told we'll look into it, or" well if you would have done it this way". All I care about is how the companyis doing financially. And when am I going to get back my $110.00 I gave up. Thats the bottom line. Dont bother me with how Joe blow is doing in bum fuck Egypt. I dont care about him. And cant they at least take the time to make 2 different presentations? I dont care how manufacturing is doing. Transervice.. You are exactly right !! I voluntarily left IBC and in the beginning I wasn't sure I had made the right decision since my new employer could have been the same as IBC. I found that other employers aren't like IBC and that they do care about employees. It was a very difficult decision but I now work for a company that treats their people like human beings. It is like night and day after leaving IBC. It just seems like I can do my job and not worry about the company screwing us or causing problems. Most of us had jobs before working for IBC and can remember previous jobs where we actually enjoyed going to work. Well, the majority of companies are still like that.. IBC IS NOT !!! With the lower pay you are getting at IBC, it is now easier to get a job elsewhere making the same or more.

Everyone that leaves IBC says the same thing. It is a hard decision to make because of the job uncertainty these days. But once they make the jump and settle down someplace, they all feel the same. There really are companies who care about their employees out there. IBC is not one of them. They showed that the "New IBC" is just another joke. The plant manager in Tulsa is more stupid than I thought. He fired one of the best Manager's we've ever had at this plant. He then has the gall to come out to the floor and announce that he resigned. That's bullshit. We know this man wouldn't resign with an important audit coming up. That's not his style.
