Wow 75 cent buns !! They finally figured out what they are worth, huh?? Smart move, we sell (give away) cheap buns all summer. Then when bun season is over, we raise to regular price. So where is the profit?? And we work our asses off all summer for damn near nothing !! (61cents per tray) We'll make up that $110.00 fast. We only have to handle an EXTRA 180 trays of buns. That is 180 over what we would have sold anyway. for example, if we would have taken out 30 trays per day anyway, we will now have to sell a total (30 X 5 plus the extra 180) of 330 trays per week to get back our $110.00 !! A FULL TRUCKLOAD OF BUNS PER WEEK. Another screwing at the hands of IBC...................WOW 61 cents per tray for us to keep !!!
