This company really needs to get it's house in order. The investors will only tolerate mediocre performance for so long and now that we are just over 4 months in things need to change. The price war that was started just doesn't make sense. Volume is up but dollars are way down. The package change isn't even an issue it's like the giraffe putting his head in the sand and ignoring everything while the lion bites his ass. This company needs to recover more of what it wastes and concentrate on creating sales by seling, not wasting time in 50% stale traps that the competition hasn't serviced for years. The method of doing business with these accounts needs to drastically changed and it's right in front of their nose, not Path To Market, but market control. Losing bid business when you start a price war is bad enough but not understanding the market parameters when you are trying to "Take Back the Streets" is even worse.

after almost 2 straight weeks of no sun, price wars out there, losing big bid business. what does this company do? they send out forms for the branch managers to find out why rolls sales are down, bread sales are down. cake sales are down. in the meantime quality is still bad. had to pick up all canadien dark on thursday after only being out for 2 days. no word on why just bosses said they got a notice. even small stores that use to do $30 to $40 a week now do $15 to 20 with high stales. is it the economy? restaurants that use to do $250 now are half that. just 2 weeks ago private label supplier has come up with 5 new varieties of private label premium breads. things are changing rapidly. there is no easy fix.quick walmart example. they now want rolls in value seasonal section, plus a 9high for weekends, plus roll section on rack. picked up 20 trays of rolls just this week returns with the weather being yucky. one day of sun. everyone has rolls on roll back or deal. everyone else is working 5 straight days next week for the 4th. NO USSSSSSS. no we have to take tuesday off so you have to work your friggin ass off all week and work just 4 days. so these dicks dont have to pay you full holiday pay. but i will bet you million dollars plant hourlys will get ton of overtime. what a life being an RSR

In answer to the question about So. Cal new trucks..... YES, We have the new trucks, there is 245 Brand Spanking New trucks sitting at the Pomona Bakery ready to be delivered to the depots. Also, each of these trucks have new state of the art Hand Helds and Printers in them. The trucks are automatics, air conditioned, have nice stereo/CD/DVD players, and we will be able to take them home at night if we want to ! EVERYTHING WILL BE JUST GREAT>>>>>> Sales should be up 80 to 90 % per route by the end of July, stale will probably be about 2%, maybe 1% if your good. LIFE IS "WONDER" FUL !!!!!

Were the mechanics made aware that cameras would be put in use? Then their problem was caused by stupidity. Were they caught by surprise? If you have yet to hear let me tell you that IBC just fired the four OTR mechanics. Currently there will be no maintenance support for the equipment at the Northwood facility. Ron Durbin and Bill DellAringa set this whole deal up by placing a mini-camera into the break room, which doubles as their dressing room, to catch them stealing time. It appears they took a little to long on some breaks. This of course is IBC’s way of letting go individuals without having to provide severance packages and or benefits, and allows them to bring in an outside service to handle vehicle maintenance. Of course they still employ management members who falsified counseling documents, harassed members of their staff to include sexual and race discrimination, yet they still have a job. If you trust them they will stick it to you to save themselves and swear you are the disloyal individual. I wonder where the company will be in two years when they realize trademarks will not do it alone. What assholes.
